First Course

Appetizers and Libations (cash bar)

Cheese and Charcuterie Board

Crudite and Pita Chips with Tapenade and Hummus

Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce

Chicken Teriyaki Potstickers

 

Second Course

Winter Salad

Escarole, endive and mesclun greens with toasted pecans, dried cranberries and clementines

 

Third Course

Choice of:

Green Bean, Sweet Pepper and Jicama Salad with Duck Leg Confit

Grilled Ribeye Steak with Cabernet Demi-Glaze, Truffle Oil, Asiago Cheese and Sauteed Baby Spinach

Whitefish Terrine with Beet and Horseradish Relish

-or-

Butternut squash crepe with swiss chard and feta cheese topped

with a roasted red pepper aioli!!
